Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Support and manage a variety of corporate and financing transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence efforts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise clients on transaction-related issues, risk management, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.

Corporate Attorney Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Approximately 2-8 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with finance, lending, secured transactions, private credit, commercial lending, or other complex business transactions is preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
