We are actively recruiting a Corporate Attorney at the Associate to Partner level with significant experience in private equity transactions , Regulation D offering preparation , and complex joint venture structuring . This is a lateral opportunity for a highly skilled corporate attorney seeking to grow their practice within a dynamic and collaborative law firm environment.

Key Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of corporate transactional experience (partner level candidates also encouraged to apply)
2. Substantial experience with private placements, fund formation, and Reg D offerings
3. Proven expertise in joint venture agreements and complex entity structures
4. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
5. Ability to manage transactions independently or collaboratively as part of a deal team
6. Portable business a plus (for partner-level applicants), but not required for associate candidates
