This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients and industries, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and grow within a collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage M&A transactions and general corporate mattersDraft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and ancillary documentsConduct due diligence and assist with deal executionAdvise clients on corporate governance and operational mattersWork closely with partners and clients across multiple industriesQualificationsJ.D. and active California Bar admission3+ years of corporate/transactional experienceExperience with M&A, commercial agreements, and corporate governanceStrong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
