Duties

- Identify risks and develop risk-mitigation strategies

- Advocate for clients while maintaining professionalism and ethics
- Monitor developments in corporate law to provide informed advice
- Collaborate with legal staff to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law or related field
- Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
- Experience handling corporate and business law matters independently
Education
