Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their growing corporate group in Washington, DC. This is a unique opportunity for a lateral associate who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team while working on sophisticated corporate transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related corporate documents.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to manage complex transactions from inception to closing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate matters and client objectives.
• Maintain exceptional client service and contribute to the team’s strategic growth.

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Member of the Washington, DC Bar or eligible for admission.
• Strong academic background with proven writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
