Duties
- Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.
- Draft registration statements and offering documents.
- Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams.
- Assist with public company reporting and corporate governance.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
- Experience with public securities offerings and structured deals.
- Familiarity with IPOs, registered direct offerings, and PIPEs.
- Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
