Duties
- Represent issuers, investment banks, and investors in debt, equity, and structured transactions.
- Assist investment banks with regulatory compliance and advisory engagements.
- Advise on registration requirements and draft registration statements and offering documents.
- Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in securities law and capital markets transactions.
- Expertise in public securities offerings, including IPOs and PIPEs.
- Experience with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance.
- Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility for admission.
