Duties

• Manage SEC and stock exchange compliance for public companies.
• Provide governance and day-to-day counseling to clients.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Handle PIPEs and ATM programs.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in capital markets and public company reporting.
• Ability to manage a full range of public company work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SEC and stock exchange compliance.
