AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a highly regarded mid sized law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, with experience in either venture capital or mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Must Haves
- 3-6 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents.
- Experience in either venture capital or M&A.
Nice to Have
- Experience with securities law compliance.
- Experience with corporate governance matters.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $180,000-$260,000
