Our client, a prominent, full-service mid-sized law firm and best known for its powerhouse commercial real estate and sports law practices is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join its New York office.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters and should also be comfortable working on financing transactions. In addition, this position will support the firm’s nationally recognized Sports Law practice, assisting with transactional matters for professional sports teams, leagues, owners, and related entities.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
