Requirements
- 3-4 years of law firm experience in M&A and related transactions.
- Experience leading M&A deals and drafting transaction documents.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and interact with clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.
