Duties
- Advise on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.
- Support emerging and growth-stage companies in legal and business needs.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and intellectual property issues.
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions from formation through exit.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience with emerging company and venture capital preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois bar.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
