Job Description

We are seeking a mid‑senior level corporate associate with four to six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters.
• Representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow‑on offerings.
• Possessing or developing an affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Demonstrating superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Being barred in the state of the office of application or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Anticipated Compensation

$310,000 – $390,000

Actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary performance bonus. Additional information regarding benefits eligibility and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
