You will play a meaningful role advising emerging companies, investors, and established businesses on complex corporate matters, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A transactions. What You’ll Do
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents across M&A and venture capital deals
- Support and lead key aspects of transactions from structuring through closing
- Advise clients on corporate governance and securities compliance matters
- Work closely with founders, investors, and management teams on strategic transactions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional legal teams to deliver seamless client service
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience at a law firm, focusing on corporate transactions
- Strong background in venture capital and/or M&A work
- Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents
- Familiarity with securities law compliance and corporate governance is a plus
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Requirements
- JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required
Compensation
- Competitive base salary range: $180,000 – $260,000 (depending on location and experience)
