Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Manage diligence processes
- Lead workstreams and act as a key point of contact for clients and deal teams
- Collaborate across offices and practices
- Develop and mentor junior lawyers
Requirements
- 3+ years of M&A experience at a top-tier firm
- Admitted to the bar in New York
- Outstanding academic credentials
Preferred
- End-to-end xhqgsiq deal cycle experience
- Public and private company M&A experience
- Experience representing tech & life sciences clients
$260,000-$390,000 base salary.
