Corporate Associate Attorney – Public Company Securities Practice (2nd–7th Year)Direct Counsel is currently sourcing 2nd–7th year associate candidates for a public company securities opportunity within a national law firm's Corporate Practice Group.The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of public company securities matters, including work under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
