Corporate Associate Attorney – Crypto/Blockchain | $260,000‑$390,000 Annually

Location: Washington D.C., District of Columbia, United States

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional counsel to crypto and web3 companies on a range of matters, including venture capital financings, crypto token, digital asset and NFT issuances, primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets, and the creation of offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances.
• Advise on transactions and strategic matters in relation to blockchain technology and markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with a Large Firm (minimum 3 years required; 3–6 years of transactional experience in this practice area preferred).
• Understanding of blockchain technology and markets; familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues related to crypto tokens is a plus.
• JD degree; admission to or eligibility for admission to the bar.

Location and Firm Preferences

Preferred location is San Francisco, with consideration for candidates in Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC.

Compensation and Benefits (illustrative)

• Salary range of $260,000–$390,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
