What you’ll do:
- Lead SEC and NYSE compliance (10-K, 10-Q, 8‑K, proxy statements, SOX)
- Support earnings releases, investor communications, and disclosure matters
- Advise on corporate governance, board matters, and public company policies
- Provide legal support for financings, M&A, and other strategic transactions
What you bring:
- JD + active bar membership
- 7+ years’ experience (including law firm + in-house at a public company)
- Strong SEC, governance, and transactional experience
