Corporate Actions Specialist
As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless processing of corporate actions and income processing for Trust and Wealth Management Clients. Your expertise in wealth management business operations will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in corporate actions processing (mandatory & voluntary events)
- Exposure to income processing (dividends, interest, distributions, SWPs)
- Strong cash and position reconciliation skills
- Familiarity with SEI systems (SWP) preferred. Quartz functionality
- Ability to manage event lifecycle, elections, and entitlement processing
- Experience in break resolution and exception management
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least five years of experience in wealth management business operations, with a minimum of two years in corporate actions and income processing
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant systems and tools used in wealth management operations. SWP preferred
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
