This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of corporate action events, ensuring compliance with market deadlines and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately and within deadlinesManage instructions, entitlements, and client requirements across multiple marketsPerform controls, validations, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracyMonitor and manage group mailboxes and internal query toolsRespond to client-facing and internal inquiries in a timely mannerCollaborate with Product, Network Management, sub-custodians, and vendors to resolve issuesReview and enhance processes to reduce risk and improve efficiencySupport training and provide guidance to team membersAssist with workload balancing and strategic initiativesEnsure adherence to operational risk and control frameworksRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing / OperationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyControl mindset with focus on risk mitigationAbility to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsTop SkillsAccuracy & Attention to DetailControl & Risk MindsetCorporate Actions / Operations ExperienceNice to HaveExposure to SWIFT (MT564/566), DTCC, Client, Euroclear, ClearstreamExperience with mandatory & voluntary corporate actionsBackground in financial services or banking operationsRed Flags (Avoid Submitting Candidates Who):Have frequent job changes / short tenuresLack attention to detail or operational disciplineIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and process-drivenStrong in handling high-volume operational workAble to work onsite consistentlyQuick learner with a proactive approach
