Corporate Accounting Manager

Seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Sr Manager, Corporate Accounting, the full-time position will oversee personnel accounting, including payroll and benefits, while managing a team of two and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX. Key responsibilities Manage accounting and close activities for payroll, benefits, long-term incentive, and restructuring accounting Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large public company or complex global organization CPA or progress toward professional accounting certification Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance Experience with Oracle Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP
