Responsibilities
- Manage the corporate accounting function.
- Review account balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Research accounting topics and prepare supporting documentation and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate audit activities and provide requested schedules and documentation.
- Partner with internal teams on accounting and financial matters.
- Analyze financial information and provide insights to management.
- Support accounting projects and other business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree a plus
- 6 – 10 years of public accounting or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience
- CPA a plus
- Proven U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience dealing with complex accounting matters. xhqgsiq
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
