$140K base + annual bonus + profit sharing
Ready to lead a team without the busy-season grind? My client is a privately held global manufacturer based in the southwest suburbs. They're adding a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and close, coach a team of accountants, and modernize how the work gets done.
This is the second opening on this team, which reflects the growth.

What you'll do
- Lead corporate accounting for accurate, on-time financial reporting and compliance.
- Review financial statements, find and fix discrepancies, and protect data integrity.
- Coach and develop a team of accountants.
- Partner across departments to streamline close and improve workflows.
What you bring
- An active CPA (required).
- 5 to 7+ years in accounting, with 2 to 4 years managing people.
- A background in public accounting (audit or assurance manager) or industry (accounting or reporting manager). Both work.
- A bachelor's in accounting or business. A master's is a plus.
- Oracle experience is a plus, especially FCCS, ARCS, or Fusion. So is ERP implementation work.
- Comfort with Excel and Power BI or Tableau. SQL or Python is a bonus.
