  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency
  • Completion of a Cornea and External Disease Fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Kansas
  • Training and experience in cornea, cataract, and anterior segment surgery
  • Interest in refractive surgery and growing a comprehensive surgical practice
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff
