Leading technical design and architecture, the full-time Core Platform Engineer will manage the real-time voice pipeline, conversation orchestration, and call routing engine while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own features end-to-end, including design, implementation, tests, deployment, and monitoring Set and uphold engineering standards through code review, design feedback, and documentation Serve as the primary escalation point for production issues affecting inbound and outbound call flows Required qualifications 10+ years building production backend or distributed systems Demonstrated experience leading or tech-leading an engineering team Deep proficiency in a modern backend stack (Python, TypeScript, or equivalent) Strong background in real-time systems, event-driven architectures, or telephony/voice platforms Track record of owning complex systems end-to-end and driving them to production
