Seeking experienced Core Measures Abstractors, the full-time or part-time remote position will focus on accurate clinical quality measure abstraction, requiring candidates to independently review medical records, apply specifications, and meet deadlines with high accuracy. Key responsibilities Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for assigned Core Measures Applies specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high abstraction accuracy Participates in quality assurance activities, including feedback and validation reviews Required qualifications At least 2 years of recent Core Measures abstraction experience Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Experience with multiple EHRs and data collection systems Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and necessary computer equipment
