Core Banking Business Analyst / Product owner

We need strong FIS consultants urgently who have experience in IBS and Horizon. Preferred location is anywhere near Boston.

Qualifications:

1. Business Analyst / Product owner with 10+ years of Core Banking experience specifically in IBS Core & FIS Horizon platform
2. Good knowledge of US Banking & Lending products
3. Good product documentation skills
4. Strong communication skills
5. Exposure of working with Community banks is a plus

Duties include:

1. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
2. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
3. Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
4. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
5. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
6. Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
7. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
8. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
9. Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
10. Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
11. Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
12. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
13. Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
14. Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
