Location : Hybrid (2 days per week) in New Yor k, with candidates based in NY, NJ, or CT.

I'm working with one of the most exciting independent healthcare agencies that's continuing to grow following multiple new business wins. They're looking for a Copy Supervis or to join their expanding creative team and help bring complex science to life through bold, compelling storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the data, understanding the science, and transforming it into impactful campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing:

Develop compelling HCP-focused copy across a variety of multichannel campaigns

Translate complex clinical data, scientific literature, and disease-state information into clear, engaging messaging

Partner closely with art directors, strategists, account teams, and medical colleagues to deliver creative that makes an impact

Contribute to brand strategy, campaign concepts, and creative development from idea through execution

Help mentor junior writers while maintaining a high creative standard across projects

What they're looking for:

3–5+ years of healthcare/pharma agency copywriting experience (Senior Copywriter or Copy Supervisor level)

Strong experience writing for HCP audiences

Ability to confidently interpret xhqgsiq clinical trial data and scientific literature

Exceptional conceptual thinking and headline-writing skills

Experience across Oncology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases, or other complex therapeutic areas is welcomed

A scientific degree is a plus, but the ability to understand and communicate complex science is what matters most
