Copy Supervisor is a temporary opportunity with our client in pharmaceutical advertising. This remote role leads HCP-focused creative development for pharmaceutical brands, shaping messaging and campaigns across print and digital channels. The position also partners with cross-functional teams, ensures scientific and regulatory accuracy, and supports multiple workstreams.

Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead development of HCP-focused promotional content across print and digital channels.
• Create messaging platforms, campaign concepts, and integrated communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Medical Teams, and Account Leadership.
• Provide creative oversight and quality control across projects.
• Translate complex clinical and scientific information into compelling brand communications.

Copy Supervisor Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Extensive experience writing for healthcare professional audiences.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience leading major promotional initiatives and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently.
