Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, including managing pharmaceutical claims.
- Complete content annotations, reference checking, and fact‑checking.
- Maintain adherence to AMA style and other relevant style guides.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Assume accountability for the accuracy and quality of all edited content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in copy‑editing, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing or for a creative agency supporting regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and regulations.
- Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
