CoPilot Solutions Engineer
Location: Plano TX or Charlotte NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 month contract (ext up to 36 months)
Interview Mode: 1 WebEx int and possible 1 in person final interview
We are seeking an expert Copilot Solutions Engineer to architect, design, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and compliant Copilot ecosystems that enable intelligent automation, conversational AI agents, and data-driven decision-making across Microsoft 365 and integrated enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise adoption of Copilot and AI agent solutions, enabling secure, scalable automation and intelligent digital workflows
- Test, validate, and certify Copilot solutions to ensure functional accuracy, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
- Evaluate and modify governance, security, and compliance controls to support new Copilot feature releases and capabilities
- Ensure secure and compliant deployments across regulated environments
