Copilot Engineer
Immediate need for a talented Copilot Engineer. This is a 24+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
Job ID: Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product requirements – enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
- Hands on experience using copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
- Hands on experience in agentic development.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Primary Skill- Software Development using copilot, Creating Skills and Agents in copilot, Copilot Studio
- Typically requires minimum of 3+ years of Industry experience.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree is required
- Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.
- Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must
- 3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)
- Hands on experience in designing and building applications using copilot.
