Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for delivering top-notch service? Our client is seeking a Copier Service Technician I to maintain, service, and repair copier equipment at client locations. This is a great opportunity to work independently, expand your technical skills, and make a direct impact on client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle.
- Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies.
- Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage.
- Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools.
