Coordination SpecialistPeraton seeks a Coordination Specialist to conduct Travel/Outreach/Strategic Engagement for the contract team supporting PACOM J6 MRTC Assessments.Location: Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MDPrimary responsibilities:Manage the travel team's deployment calendar -- ensure team's travel authorization requests are completed IAW the Task Order,Manage travel site access requests and schedule data callsFacilitate advance coordination with site SSOs for SCIF access (minimum 2–4 weeks lead time)Maintain the calendar for site visits and track action items from site visitsMaintain a GPOC/stakeholder contact listRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years.Prior J6 or communications staff experience at CCMD or Service component levelStrong interpersonal and cross-organizational coordination skillsFamiliarity with USINDOPACOM AOR, component command structures, and OCONUS site access proceduresExperience managing complex multi-site coordination across the Indo-Pacific theaterU.S Citizenship requiredActive TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
