We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, independently program CMM inspections, and work closely with CNC Machining, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot Zeiss CMM programs using CALYPSO.
- Perform detailed dimensional inspections of precision-machined components.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Identify and resolve dimensional issues.
- Support first article inspections, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with machinists and engineers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of dimensional inspection and CMM programming experience.
- Hands-on Zeiss CMM programming and operation using CALYPSO (MUST HAVE).
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
- Solid metrology background and experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $36+
