CMM Operator/Inspector - Verify that products are meeting dimensional and quality requirements of the customer. Run CMM programs and possibly create Programs. Assist as required. This can include manual or automated programs.
Tasks:
- Handling complex part set ups
- Manual DCC and Automated DCC Alignment
- Minor program adjustments
- Routine machine calibration
- Ability to troubleshoot measurement errors
- Monitor machine while working
- Follow work instructions
- Follow quality system
- Verify quality of product
- Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs and dust mask)
- Complete/fill in reports
- Maintain and clean machinery, equipment and work area
