UCHealth is seeking a Coord Regulatory Standards RN to support regulatory and quality initiatives across our integrated health system. In this role, you will coordinate compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state standards, performing audits, tracers, and chart reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to develop action plans, track key quality metrics, and ensure survey readiness.
The RN will provide staff education on regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, and patient-first care aligned with UCHealth’s mission.
