He's running for Congress to restore integrity, defend democracy, and ensure government works for people—not the powerful.We are looking for a driven, organized, and strategic fundraiser who can build and execute an aggressive finance plan from day one.Position OverviewThe Finance Director will oversee all aspects of the campaign's fundraising operation, including call time, donor research, events, digital coordination, and compliance tracking. This is a senior role on a growing team and will work closely with the candidate and senior staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute daily call time for the candidateBuild and maintain donor pipelines and prospecting listsPlan and staff fundraising events across Northern Virginia and statewideDevelop and implement finance plans and projectionsOversee donor tracking systems (Numero or similar CRM)Coordinate with digital team on online fundraising strategyManage finance staff and consultants as the campaign growsEnsure accurate reporting and compliance with all finance regulationsQualificationsPrevious campaign finance experience preferred (federal experience strongly preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working directly with a candidate and senior stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a sense of urgency and ownershipLogistics & RequirementsLocation: Arlington / Fairfax, Virginia (in-office role)Travel: Regular travel across Virginia requiredStart Date: ImmediateTransportation: Must have reliable transportationCompensationSalary: $5,000 – $9,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills) Additional compensation available to offset healthcare costs.To ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief note of interest to
