Utilizes production tools, specialized equipment, and computer systems to support manufacturing and WIP tracking. Identifies and documents material discrepancies while collaborating with coworkers, management, and engineering teams to ensure quality and production objectives are met.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Perform precision mechanical assembly and adhesive applicationPerform measurements and tests from test procedures and document resultsPerform data entry and maintain accurate traveler documentation and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking recordsAssist the Engineering Department with developmental processesPerform cleaning operation for Cooler productionPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedJob Qualifications:Attention to detailManual dexterityAble to use small hand tools, such as tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picksAble to visually inspect and assemble small parts and fastening devicesAble to understand and respond to verbal and written communication in EnglishExperience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, WordMust be able to use a microscope for extended periods at a timeMust be able to sit for extended periods at a timeMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs., unassistedDesired Skills:1-2 years related experience with electro-mechanical assembly desiredAble to read and understand written test proceduresNote: 2nd shift work schedule is 3:00pm-11:30pm.

For the first months, 2nd shift new hires may need to train during the 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm. In that case, once training is completed they will move to the 2nd shift work schedule. Additionally, there may be a requirement to come in during 1st shift hours for new training, on a temporary basis, as needed. There will be flexibility to start time during new training.Applicants must be either a U.S.
