Summit is seeking a Cook Supervisor / Driver to oversee kitchen operations and support safe delivery of meals and supplies. In this role, you will lead daily food production, ensuring consistent quality, proper portioning, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. You will train and direct kitchen staff, manage inventory and deliveries, and help keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
The position also includes driving a company vehicle on scheduled routes to pick up and deliver food and supplies, following all traffic and safety regulations while representing Summit professionally.
