Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and hotel standards
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assist with stocking and replenishing kitchen supplies
- Support kitchen staff during busy meal periods
- Monitor food quality and report any concerns to management
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional kitchen and hospitality duties as assigned
- Previous cooking, restaurant, hotel, or food service experience preferred
- Dishwashing experience is a plus
- Ability to work weekends as a cook
- Willingness to perform dishwashing duties during the week for full-time hours
