Our restaurants are national and worldwide, and we are looking for a structured, disciplined, and charismatic leader who has experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships in an upscale restaurant environment.

COO Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of COO experience
- Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
- Experience with multiple concepts and brands
- Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
- International operations
- New restaurant opening experience, growing and scaling companies and restaurant turnarounds
