COO

This is a c-level COO opening for someone who treats Coaching as a starting point, not a finish line, here at StartupPlus Inc. Reduce it to essentials and you have $192,000 - $394,000, an IL COO seat, 16 years asked, and a clear climb ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• Catch the small clarity-seeking details that derail general launches
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week
• Keep a steady hand on StartupPlus Inc accounts when volume spikes
• Leave every general system a little better than you found it
• Tie general effort back to a number StartupPlus Inc cares about
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Coach newer c-level teammates through their first messy general project

What You'll Bring

• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• Fluency across Cross-Functional Collaboration and Facilitation, with strong opinions on both
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Cross-functional ease, from Empathy engineers to Coaching marketers
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• 17+ years that left you with strong instincts and few ilus
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics

At StartupPlus Inc, a feedback-hungry team in Peoria, IL has spent years proving that Empathy and Organization belong in the same conversation. We onboard you to the general mission first and the Persuasion tooling second, in that order.

Our $192,000 - $394,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from Peoria or home.

As of right now, StartupPlus Inc is still reading every resume that lands here.

We're looking for the person who reads general job posts and thinks I could fix that.
