As a Converting Operator, you will be part of the Converting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.Location: Sussex, WIPay Range: $22.00 per hourWhat's the Job?Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.Conduct physical/visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Pack and palletize goods for shipment.Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime.Record production data accurately in the system.What's Needed?Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.Basic computer and math skills.Capability to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs.
