Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Chatbots and Voicebots using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX .
  • Design and implement conversational AI solutions using:
    • Intents
    • Entities
    • Training phrases
    • Fulfillment logic
    • Webhooks
    • APIs
  • Develop dashboards and analytics using:
    • Looker Studio
    • SQL
    • BigQuery
  • Integrate conversational bots with:
    • Google Cloud Functions
    • Firestore
    • Third-party APIs
  • Implement multi-turn conversations, error handling, contextual routing, and optimized conversational experiences.
  • Develop and maintain webhook and fulfillment logic using Node.js or Python .
  • Continuously improve conversational design based on analytics and user interaction insights.
  • Design and contribute to Conversational AI architecture .
  • Collaborate with system owners, business owners, and stakeholders to align chatbot objectives with business requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including:
    • Sprint planning
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Backlog refinement
    • Sprint reviews/retrospectives
  • Use JIRA for development tasks, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitLab .
  • Follow DevOps practices for application development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of integrated systems.
  • Provide guidance on required testing activities and validation processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational AI and Generative AI.
  • Support business development opportunities by identifying relevant AI solutions and innovations.
