Overview
Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. The role works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.
Compensation
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The minimum salary range for this role is $53,900 – $73,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere
- Model positive behavior for fellow employees
- Complete daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures
- Train new employees according to company guidelines
- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and report feedback to the District Manager
- Ensure store conditions meet company expectations by completing and delegating shift duties
- Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties
- Lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team

The Haffner’s brand operates gas stations and car washes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Job Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
