Convenience Store Manager Holiday Cologne

Hiring Range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
This position has management responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a store such as hiring, training knowledgeable associates, inventory management, store compliance, and executing strategic merchandising initiatives.
You will be in charge of the daily operations of our store, with a focus on people, profits, and customer satisfaction. This includes:
- Leading Your Team: Hire, train, and mentor your employees to provide top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Driving Business: Maximize sales and profits by analyzing data, managing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies.
- Ensuring Excellence: Oversee store operations, from cleanliness and organization to safety and compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly.
