Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Controls Technician to support automated manufacturing and recycling operations in a high-volume rigid plastic packaging facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize PLC-based control systems, HMIs, variable frequency drives, and industrial networks for extrusion, molding, and packaging equipment.
You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, assist with equipment installations and upgrades, update documentation, and support safety and quality initiatives. Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and production teams, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, uptime, and plant reliability in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
