Candidates will interview onsite with Maintenance Manager.Job Summary: The Control Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial control systems and automation equipment. Manager will look at candidates with additional work experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of experience working with industrial control systems. Strong knowledge of the following: PLCs (Allen-Bradley) Motor control systems and VFDs Industrial networks (ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus) Ability to trouble shoot electrical and instrumentation systems Familiarity with safety practices such as LOTO and arc flash is nice to have. Candidate will be trained on both.Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing environments (food & beverage, dairy, or processing plants) Strong experience with SCADA platform (development, troubleshooting, and upgrades) Understanding of process control loops and PID tuning.
