You'll learn from experienced leaders, work hands-on in the field, and play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation solutions—all while building skills that set you up for long-term growth.What You'll DoSupport lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systemsPrepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installsAssist with inspections and troubleshooting while following all safety standards and guidelinesDocument work completed and system updates while maintaining a clean, organized work areaWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma and a valid driver's licenseBasic understanding of electrical principles and comfort using hand and electrical toolsStrong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skillsWillingness to work flexible hours when projects require itWork ScheduleDuring times of significant workload and/or project go-lives, an employee could be expected to work shifts lasting up to 12hrs and/or work weeks greater than 60hrs.Employee will be expected, at times, to work off-shift hours and weekends, compensated by overtime.Travel: Up to 50%, based on project needs
